Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your name, phone number, city, and complete address before dispatch.

Orders with incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, or no confirmation response may be delayed or cancelled.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

• 2 to 5 working days for major cities
• 4 to 7 working days for other areas

Delivery time may vary due to courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or remote location issues.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery charges may vary depending on your city, location, order weight, or courier service.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in Pakistan. Please keep the exact payment ready at the time of delivery.

The customer must receive the parcel once the order is confirmed and dispatched. Repeated refusal of parcels, fake orders, wrong phone numbers, or incomplete addresses may result in cancellation of future COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through SMS, email, or WhatsApp, depending on the courier service.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to contact you or deliver the parcel, they may attempt delivery again. If the parcel is returned due to wrong address, no response, or refusal, Black Oynx reserves the right to cancel the order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Share your order number, pictures, and an unboxing video if available, so we can review the issue.
